1. General conditions for selling

Buy with joy, the main focus on our customer.

Our staff is available 24/24h by email or phone, during the hours from 9,00 to 18:30 for helping you during the process of the order. We will answer all your questions and giving advises.
The following conditions dictate the relationship between JoyShop and the customer.

2. The conclusion of the contract. 

The selling contract between JoyShop and the customer will be concluded when:

  • JoyShop will send an email to the customers after he has done the order.
  • JoyShop will make the shipment.

Even though, JoyShop will have the faculty to communicate, 1 day after receiving the order, the eventual different conditions in terms of quantity and time.

3. Payment

Different methods:

    • PAYPAL: You can pay directly with your Paypal
    • CREDIT CARD: Directly from the web, in total security by using Braintree di Paypal
    • BANK TRANSFER: Also online
    • AMAZON PAY: Payment with your Amazon account.

4. Modification or cancellation of the order

JoyShop valuates every modification or cancellation of the order. For during that you will need to do it before the shipment starts. If the product is already in the creation process the customer will need to pay for the cost of production,

6. Assurance and returns

The mattress has a cyclic life. Almost 1/3 of our day is being spent in bed and so the mattress is becoming really important in our lives. A good quality product is the best choice for conducting a healthy and salutary life. 

Assurance of 15-20 years are most likely fake since a normal mattress has a duration of 10 years

The assurance does not cover:

  • Decay form normal uses over time.
  • Damages for not using properly the mattress.
  • Shipping cost from residence to head office.
  • Boxed incorrectly.
  • Dirty or organic stuff.

Returns and the right of the withdrawal policy

This is not the satisfied or refunded. You can return an item without giving any explanation.

You can use this policy by D.L. 21 February 2014, n. 21 is necessary to communicate it between and not over 14 days with recommended mail A/R to the address Joy-Shop Srl Viale Montegrappa N.151 59100 Prato or by pec address joyshop@pcert.it. The mattresses and the slatted bed bases that are not in the standard size are not included.

If someone buys with IVA he can not use this policy. It is allowed to orders over 50,00 euros. The products must be in perfect condition and in their original box and then delivered to Joy-Shop Srl via per iolo 42/a 59100 Prato in these 14 days. The shipping cost will be charged on the customer. If the product is in perfect condition and all the past rules have been verified the refund will be made in the next 30 days.

7. Privacy

Art  13. of the Legislative decree made the 30 June in 2003 n.196 code in matter of the protection of personal data and in relation to personal data that refers to the customer and that creates an object of process, JoyShop, as holder of the process, of the art 4 of the code, inform the customer of the following facts. The process is finalized by the execution by JoyShop of the activity necessary for the conclusion, administration, and execution of the selling contracts of the products. The data are facultative. It stays clear though that not giving them makes impossible to finalize an order. The data can be shared with the companies that will be charged with the delivery. The customer can use the right by the art. 7 of the code.
